Closed and archived files will be stored for a period of 7 years after completion, except when there are specific instructions or legal obligations to the contrary. Files can be collected upon request within the retention period. 

Deeds and Important Documents:
Deeds and important documents will continue to be stored for safekeeping. Stored documents can be collected upon request. A notice will be posted on this website if, in the future, the stored documents are transferred to a Law Firm or organisation. Enquiries can also be made with the Law Institute of Victoria or the Victoria Legal Services Board +    Commission.

Change of Administrator / Executor / Trustee:
In the event that you have appointed Ross Privitelli as your Attorney in a Power of Attorney, as as an Administrator, Executor, or Trustee in your Will, the appointment will continue after 30 June 2025. However, you may wish to consider making an alternative appointment.
